We are excited to introduce PostStudio’s new auto-poster feature for Instagram Stories. This feature will help you effortlessly create and post Instagram Stories from your Shopify products. Follow this step-by-step guide to get started.

Step 1: Select Your Instagram Account
1. Login to PostStudio: Open PostStudio and log in to your account.
2. Choose Instagram Account: From the dashboard, select the Instagram account you want to post to.
Step 2: Create a New Auto-Posting Campaign
1. Start a New Campaign: Click on “Create New Campaign.”
2. Campaign Setup: Name your campaign. For example, “Stories Auto Poster.”
3. Select Post Type: Choose “Stories” as your post type.
Step 3: Choose a Collection
1. Select Collection: To show the preview, choose at least one collection. For instance, select your automated collection.
Step 4: Edit the Story in Auto-Poster
1. Story Editor: In the auto-poster, you can edit and add image stickers and text stickers to your post.
2. Add Text Sticker:
• Click on “Add Text Sticker.”
• Write your text (e.g., “Link in BIO”).
• Choose font, color, and background color.
• Click “Update Story Preview” to see changes.
3. Add Image Sticker:
• Click on “Add Image Sticker.”
• Upload an image (preferably PNG format for transparency).
• Adjust the size, position, and rotation of the sticker.
4. Change Background:
• You can also change the background color of the story.
• Update the story preview to see the changes.
Step 5: Save and Test the Configuration
1. Save Configuration: Once you’re happy with the setup, save the story configuration.
2. Send Test Post: Click “Send Test Post” to see how it looks on Instagram.
Step 6: Check the Post on Instagram
1. View Story: Go to your Instagram account and refresh the page.
2. Check Story: You should see your new story posted with the text or image sticker.
Step 7: Publish Your Campaign
1. Save and Publish: If you’re satisfied with the test post, click “Save and Publish” to schedule your campaign.
2. Edit Campaign: You can come back and edit the story, change the text, or update the image anytime.
Tips:
• Consistency: The sticker position will remain the same, and the product image will update in the background each time you post.
• Customization: Feel free to customize your stories to match your brand’s aesthetic.
• Scheduling: Schedule your posts according to your marketing plan.
